1. Platform Overview

GarageDekho is a vehicle utility and automotive rewards platform that enables users to:

• Discover garages and workshops
• Track automotive expenses
• Upload bills and records
• Earn reward points
• Redeem discounts at partner workshops
• Manage service history and reminders

GarageDekho also operates with the VR Garage workshop ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

To use GarageDekho:

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Users must provide accurate information
• Users must comply with applicable Indian laws

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Upload genuine invoices and records
• Maintain accurate vehicle information
• Avoid misuse of rewards or referrals
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Not manipulate bills, screenshots, or transactions

Any misuse may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Reward cancellation
• Blacklisting from the platform
• Legal action where applicable

4. Rewards & Discounts

GarageDekho reward points:

• Are promotional loyalty points
• Hold no independent monetary value
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• May only be redeemed within eligible partner systems

Discount redemption:

• Is subject to platform rules
• May have caps, restrictions, or expiry limits
• Depends on workshop participation

GarageDekho reserves the right to modify:

• Reward ratios
• Redemption rules
• Expiry periods
• Cashback structures
• Promotional campaigns

5. Garage Listings & Services

GarageDekho acts as a technology and discovery platform. We do not directly provide repair services.

Users acknowledge that:

• Workshops are independent businesses
• Final pricing is determined by garages
• Service quality may vary
• Users should independently verify repair estimates

GarageDekho is not liable for disputes regarding:

• Repair quality
• Delays
• Vehicle damage
• Pricing disagreements
• Warranty claims

6. Bill Verification & Fraud Prevention

GarageDekho may use automated systems and manual checks to verify:

• Invoice authenticity
• UPI transaction references
• GSTIN records
• Location data
• Duplicate submissions

We reserve full rights to reject or revoke rewards if suspicious activity is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

GarageDekho shall not be liable for:

• Vehicle breakdowns
• Workshop negligence
• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Personal injury
• Data interruptions
• Unauthorized account access

Users use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and platform assets belong to GarageDekho and/or its parent entities.

Users may not:

• Copy platform assets
• Reverse engineer systems
• Use logos without permission
• Reproduce content commercially

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent uploads
• Fake reviews
• Abuse or harassment
• Platform misuse
• Illegal activities

10. Third-Party Services

GarageDekho may integrate with external providers including:

• Payment gateways
• Maps
• Messaging platforms
• Analytics providers

We are not responsible for third-party outages or service failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.
